Droppin' the ba'!

What is it with young laddies sticking their hand down the front of their trousers and standing/walking around like that? Am I just getting old or is this actually a strange,and kinda tasteless,thing to do?  Is it an insecurity thing i.e. they're feart it's going to fall off? I know we all have to adjust our tackle sometimes but I like to think most of us are discreet about it! Weird!
